In fact, my experience was so bad, that I had even started looking at another brand of car. However, a
coworker recommended that I contact a dealership three hours away in another state. Because of my co-worker's very high opinion of this dealership, as well as its sales staff I decided to contact them. My customer experience at this dealership was extremely pleasant and it completely turned-around my negative experience that I remained loyal to the brand of car. Companies that have excellent marketing and
communication practices can harm their sales through poorly executed customer service, which goes back to what was said at the beginning of this article. Customers are
what make a business successful.
